Twelve28’s residential arm is known for producing high-end modern living spaces that combine a distinct design aesthetic with superior construction, all while maintaining an environmental focus. Twelve28 currently has multiple projects under various stages of development and construction in both Arizona and Idaho.
Jerrott Willard is an experienced real estate executive with more than 20 years of experience in the design, entitlement, construction, sales and marketing of residential and commercial real estate assets. He is a proven real estate professional skilled in land development, asset repositioning, value-add opportunities, contract negotiation, budgeting, and marketing strategy.
Jerrott is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley where he played collegiate football becoming a four year letterman, Team Captain, 2-time MVP, All-Pac 10 and All-American. He was inducted into the Cal Athletics Hall of Fame in November of 2017. Jerrott was drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs in the 1995 NFL Draft. He retired from the NFL in 1998 following his 8th knee surgery. He currently resides in Scottsdale with his wife and two children.
