Jerrott Willard is an experienced real estate executive with over 20 years of experience in the design, construction, sales, and marketing of both residential and commercial real estate assets. Known for his strategic vision and hands-on leadership, Jerrott has successfully guided numerous development projects from concept to completion, consistently unlocking value through land development, asset repositioning, and value-add opportunities.
With a strong background in contract negotiation, budgeting, and marketing strategy, Jerrott brings a results-driven mindset to every project. His deep understanding of the real estate landscape, combined with a collaborative approach, has made him a trusted partner to investors, builders, and stakeholders throughout the industry.
Jerrott is a proud graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, where he earned national recognition as a standout linebacker for the Cal football team. A four-year letterman, team captain, two-time MVP, and All-American, he was inducted into the Cal Athletics Hall of Fame in 2017. Following his collegiate success, Jerrott was selected in the 1995 NFL Draft by the Kansas City Chiefs and played professionally until 1998.
Today, Jerrott resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife and two children, where he continues to lead with integrity, discipline, and a passion for building lasting communities.
